NEW YORK – November 26, 2014 – Smartling today announced that Director of Client Services Julien Didier will speak at the Gilbane Conference 2014 as part of a panel that will focus on globalization and localization. The Gilbane Conference, which will be held Dec. 2-4, 2014 in Boston, helps organizations apply content, Web, mobile and marketing technologies to increase engagement by improving the digital experiences of their customers, employees and partners.

On Wednesday, Dec. 3, Didier will join the expert panel titled “Globalization and Localization.” In this interactive session, panelists will discuss best practices for creating, managing and delivering multilingual and localized content, as well as factors impacting globalization strategies and operations, such as social media, accelerated delivery expectations and machine translation improvements. The panel will be moderated by Bruno Herrmann, director of globalization and localization at The Nielsen Company.
