Company thought leaders to address strategies for preparing content for new markets, as well as streamlining bilingual employee engagement in translation projects
NEW YORK – September 3, 2014 – Smartling today announced that company thought leaders will present at Content Marketing World 2014, which will take place September 8-11 in Cleveland. On Tuesday, September 9, Vice President of Marketing Nataly Kelly will present a session titled “Cultural Beliefs and Global Marketing by the Numbers,” which will address the importance of localization—in addition to translation—when delivering content across cultures and geographies. Kelly will also provide best practices for avoiding brand damage caused by unintended mishaps when publishing native language content across markets.
Also on Tuesday, Senior Director of Content Marketing Paula Crerar will join Kelly for a lunch and learn session entitled “Involving Bilingual Staff in Translation Projects without Going Bananas.” This session will teach attendees how to streamline translation and quality review processes when both language service providers and bilingual employees are involved in translation projects.
