Jack is a technology early-adopter, serial entrepreneur, software patent-holder, product evangelist, and combat-decorated Air Force pilot. Before founding Smartling, he served as SVP of Product at eMusic and COO/CTO at SheSpeaks and RunTime Technologies. He also co-founded Trio Development, a software company that created the first personal information manager, which was acquired by Apple in 1993. He holds a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, where he also studied linguistics and interned with Professor William Labov, and an MBA from Cameron University in Germany. Jack was named one of Fast Company’s “Who’s Next” in 2011, and was named a 2013 NYC Venture Mentor by the New York City Economic Development Corporation.

Conall leads Smartling’s professional services team in EMEA and has been involved in the implementation of many of Smartling’s EMEA-based customers. He has been with Smartling for almost 6 years. Prior to joining Smartling, Conall held various product management and software development positions at Vontu, Symantec and Visa. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Stanford University.

Gavin works with AdRoll, a growth platform for ambitious e-commerce brands. As Senior Director for International Marketing Gavin leads a high performing team of growth, brand, community and content marketers to drive customer engagement, acquisition and revenue growth. Prior to joining AdRoll, Gavin spent time in the gaming, motor, sports entertainment and communication sectors. Gavin holds a BComm from UCD and a Masters in Marketing from The UCD Smurfit School of Business, where he also lectures. Gavin is a regular speaker on Digital Marketer and an IAB Committee member.

At Nitro, he leads Product Management and UX teams to deliver innovative Digital Transformation solutions across all platforms. His role is to ensure Nitro builds the right product at the right time for current and future customers. Prior to Nitro, Kevin worked at Microsoft, leading teams to deliver cloud-based localization systems at scale.
